Monday, October 13 (Columbus Day)
8:30 am   Sign-in and project assignments at St. Joseph Parish Hall (130 Common St., corner of Common and School Streets)
9:00 am - 12:00 noon  Service projects (see below)
12:30 pm  Celebration at St. Joseph Parish Hall with ice cream for all volunteers

Suggested donation: $5 per person (children under 12 free)
Donations will be collected at the registration desk on the day of the event. This helps pay for the food and related expenses.
Everyone is welcome to participate in Belmont Serves, and a donation is not required.

Please check all projects that interest you. Unless otherwise noted, all projects are Monday morning, October 14 from 8:30 am - 12:30 pm
The week before: help distribute grocery bags for the food drive
Help set up for the registration (7:30-8:30 am)
Door-to-door food collection for the Belmont Food Pantry
Working at Rock Meadow or Lone Tree Hill conservation land
Claypit Pond clean-up and improvements
Painting the ticket booths at the Concord Avenue sports fields
Burbank School: preparing the "Bowling Alley" at the school grounds for future plantings
Winn Brook School: planting shrubs and gardening
