BELMONT SERVES REGISTRATION FORM


Monday, October 10 (Columbus Day)
8:00 - 8:30 am  Light breakfast at St. Joseph Parish Hall (130 Common St., corner of Common and School Streets)
8:30 - 12 noon Service projects (see below)
12:30 - 1 pm  Pizza, ice cream and discussion at St. Joseph Parish Hall

To help defray our costs, a voluntary donation of $5 per household would be appreciated. Donation jars will be at the registration desk on the day of the event.

Please check all projects that interest you. Everyone will be assigned to one project.
Help set up for the breakfast and lunch
Door-to-door food collection for the Belmont Food Pantry
Outdoor fence painting at Grove St. field
Working at Rock Meadow or McLean conservation land
Sprucing up library and town hall grounds
Quilting for donating to local shelters
Helping to clean out the modular classrooms used by Wellington last year
